Bring a valid ID and confirmation email to the venue. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your wave to avoid delays.

Follow race marshals and signage, wear your bib visibly, and stay within the marked course at all times.

Timing chips must remain attached for official results. Unsportsmanlike conduct or course cutting will result in disqualification.

Collect racepacks at the designated expo schedule with your ID and confirmation. Proxy pickup requires a signed authorization letter.

Winners must present valid ID and bib to claim prizes. Podium results follow official chip timing and race jury decisions are final.

The organizer may adjust routes, schedules, or categories for safety and operational reasons with prior notice.
